I need help!

I Have no idea how to view other peoples blogs, could someone please help me?
I am trying to read other peoples blogs but I dont know how to get there like at all! This is annoying :(

    Where do I type it in? Like how did you find my blog? I just want to find all kinds of peoples blogs who i have no idea who they are.
